Daniel only checked us in, and wasn’t working the day my car was scheduled. I had an appointment for 8:00 am, and was told it would be done around noon. When I called close to 3:00, I hadn’t received the video I was told about, and they had just started the service. Also, it was clear the lack of communication between Daniel and the service manager because I was told something by Daniel that the service manager had never heard of doing. Unfortunately, service at this dealership has gone downhill.

Coupon was not applied. Was told car would take 2.5 hours for service. Made 9:30am appointment, wasn't done until 5pm. Had to wait 15 minutes to get waited on by cashier next day, very inefficient. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get coupon applied.
