Coming in at 4 in the morning I would not expect it to take over an hour for an oil change, and there wasn’t any other customers around.

At the time of signing of the contract I realized that “extras” had been thrown in and charged to me without my knowledge of any cost. I would have paid almost $6000 more for items I didn’t request or agree to pay if I was unwilling to take the time to continue to go back to the contract and find the items myself (twice). When I said I didn’t want certain things it was portrayed as though I needed to have some of those items and he couldn’t believe I was passing them up. Well, if everyone had been honest and was willing to charge fair prices for at least one of the items (warranty) I would’ve considered it. The entire financing process left a bad taste in in my mouth. You guys are sneaky, luckily I know how to add. I’m still waiting for a call to have my car ozoned to get the smokers stench out.
