You advertised the car at $40,000. I agreed to pay $40,000 for the car plus the cost of the repel paint. I did not add any additional services to the vehicle but the cost of the cash price of the car on the contract was listed at $46,445.84 which includes $2,050.84. Meaning I was charged almost 10% more than what was advertised and agreed to with the sales rep.
I asked the finance person if the car was $40,000 plus the repel and he said yes. That was a lie.
I want a new contract the honors the advertised and agreed upon price.
