Michael is very nice. He gives me confidence about the work my car is going to have. He had to leave but he told me that Dan would let me know when my car was ready and he did.
I had not taken my car back for a while because every time I would call the ladies would not connect me with service department or make it too difficult for me to make an appointment.
I was happy to come back.

CJ was great but my car, which I work hard to Keppler smelling like new, smelled like a mix of body odor and heavy petroleum product when I got in it. Even a 45-minute commute to work with the windows down did not alleviate it. It seems better today but I found it offensive and almost nauseating.
