I was satisfied with the tire rotation and oil change (which I assume was done and done correctly). When I saw my "beautiful clean car" up close, however, I was disappointed to see the car wash was done sloppily and several missed spots were visible right away - a small thing, becUse I know the car was us an "extra", but still... it was a little downer as I left thecGrayh Jobda parking lot.

Asked service writer to change oil ONLY. Not to check any other items (tires, brakes, battery, etc.). Also specifically asked NOT to wash the vehicle.
When we took delivery of vehicle, service writer gave us a check list of items checked (which were all the items I told them NOT to do), the car was washed, and there was a used water bottle in the cup holder?? We understand MCGrath and most customers would appreciate this service, but when you are asked by the customer to NOT do something on the vehicle and still do it...not happy.
