I think Julian did everything he could and provided excellent service. But I do think a Subaru warranty should be 50k. Standard. I believe in these vehicles and they should make it that long before the AC breaks. That said, Julian did all he could to help me and so did the service manager.

-when I dropped off the car my concern was blown off and I was told it’s “probably” this so we’ll just turn that off. Um, okay, “maybe” it is just that, but “maybe” it’s not, so could you maybe at least tell me you’ll look at it and see if you can find a different problem?
-asked if I wanted a car wash, said yes, upon pickup car wasn’t washed
-Julian was gone to lunch when I came for pickup so someone else offered to help me. They said they’d get my car and 20 minutes later, no car. Finally went back to same guy to see what was up with my car and he completely ignored me but jumped on the phone like he was busy and waived at another person to come help me. That person was finally able to get me my car.
