While I appreciate the use of a loaner car, 2 weeks for a repair seems a bit too long. The fact that parts are not readily accessible makes me wonder if I bought the right car. I've been a Bob Baker customer for 18 years. I must trust the car that I drive.

SRS sensor malfunction was told by Perez that they would not fix it and that I should try another Subaru dealership to get it fixed. Manager also told me they would not fix it and gave me the number to the National Subaru company. The car only has 13000 miles and I purchased the extended service agreement. I feel I was sold an un safe car since the malfunctioning sensor turns off the air bag. I will be checking all legal options to get this resolved.
