when I picked up the car and got inside I noticed that it looked like it had been washed. Clear signs of the wash on all the windows. It was annotated not to be washed before going into service as I had asked because I had hand washed myself before arriving. When I got home to remove the spots on the windows I noticed a scratch on the hatch door above the VW emblem approx. 1-1/2 inches long did not make me happy at all. I contacted Ron and have an appt tomorrow (Sat 21st) in hopes that they will be able to buff out the scratch, very skeptical that they will be able to do it though. I take pride in my vehicle and this scratch is very unsettling to me. I really hope they are able to buff it out to my like at least. The OCD in me doesn't help how meticulous I am with things. This scratch was not there when I was dealing with the service member (not Ron) as I was wiping all the window down to include the back hatch before leaving. There was not a scratch on the hatch door at all, there is one now.

Had to go there 3 times to get the problem fixed. Each time I went something new suddenly is going on with the car and the response is “your car may need more services” yet it was fine before I brought it in. Kinda sad that the steering wheel can’t even be put on straight.

Bobby is amazing! He always goes above and beyond. The people who left my car completely finished in the back, while they went to lunch, without bringing it to the front like they told Bobby they would so I could go home...not so great. They also forgot to reset the sensors after I got new tires. I didn’t even make it home before the car told me I had lost tire pressure and I had to return. Bobby was the reason I left the shop with a smile on my face. He has amazing customer service, and is just an all around good guy.

I went in with a pristine car and I came back with a chip on the paint on the hood of the car on a brand spanking new car I think this type of service should not be rewarded. And the solution is put a dab of paint on it. Seriously guys I think you're missing the mark
