Excellent thorough service

Brought my Outback to Bob Baker over one year ago complaining about the oil level light coming on (I religiously change the oil and never had a problem for 2.5 years). Ruben Ledesma, who no longer works there, kept insisting everything was normal. He finally relented and performed an oil consumption test and told me everything was normal. He refused to investigate any further. I tolerate this situation for over one year and finally bring this up during my service a couple a months ago with Zach. Zach understood that this was not normal. Told me that Bob Baker can do another oil consumption test, and I can bring my Outback in on a Saturday so I don't have to miss work. I bring my Outback in on a Saturday a couple of months ago, and the other service manager tells me he cannot perform another oil consumption test since I already had one and to just bring in my vehicle after the oil light comes back on. Sure enough, before even 3,000 miles passes after my last major service which included an oil change, the oil light comes on, I bring my vehicle in, and yet another service manager tells me Subaru is notorious for burning oil and everything is normal. After a 3 hour wait, he tells me it my car has no leaks but the engine oil was low and I'll finally get the 2nd oil consumption test that should have been provided 2 months ago, and I have to come back in yet again in 1,200 miles. I don't think I'll ever buy another Subaru again.

Repair was done fine, however I left the car over night and got it back the next morning with a 4 inch long dent in the middle of the driver side door
