The problem was not fixed. We picked up the car today and the car already won’t start tonight. We’re really upset.

Can I tell you just how awesome Julian is?! He has the best customer service. His demeanor is calming and kind. And he really knows what he is talking about. He always takes the time to explain exactly what's going on with my Impreza. We've had an on going issue for about 6 months and Julian has done a great job doing everything he can to fix the problem and keeping me and my husband calm and informed in the process. The only thing I'm disappointed with is the actual Subaru itself. I hate this car. I have had nothing but issues with this thing since I bought it new. It has been one thing after another with this thing. And at less than 40k already needs things replaced. Subaru is known for being dependable, long lasting and best over all car and I just have not had this experience what so ever with this Subaru. But I can't say enough kind words about Julian and your service department. I have come in crying more than,once and Julian has helped me with a sweet smile everytime I pull into the dealership with a check engine light on, which is a lot. Thank you for keeping me from melting down with your understanding and knowledge.
