The only improvement I would recommend is that you offer a shuttle service on Saturdays too. When I dropped off my car late Thursday,it wasn’t made clear to me that the shuttle service would not be available to pick me up on Saturday so I could get my car. It is only available on the weekdays. This is an usual since people are dropping off their card and picking ups their cars ialso on Saturday. It left me trying to scramble to figure out a way to go to get my car on Saturday morning. I ended up having to pay a $24 Uber ride that I was not counting on. Had I known ahead of time I could’ve made arrangements for a friend to give me a ride.
