Next time when bringing a vehicle in for service, the advisor should communicate a firm “must pick up your car” by time. We were told to walk in for a recall item & oil change service & check engine. Leaving dealer at 830am On Saturday I was told some work could be completed , some couldn’t. But that someone would contact me when complete. I received a call around 12:45pm and a text stating our car was ready for pickup. & that by 130 Closed til Monday !!!!! You gotta be kidding me. With 15min drive alone to the dealer ship giving us less than 30 minutes notice. We have 2 small children that were being put down for naps. To then call the dealership to find a solution for pickup and was continually transferred to voicemails (zero call backs) & then would just irgnore my repeat calls. Absolute worst customer service over whay we felt was a routine Sericxe dripoff. No car Sunday and a disruption for my wife & I commuting to work tomorrow morning!
