The service at Subaru was awesome in the beginning. The rental company experience was 100% bad. The front bumper rubbed on the tire. I stopped and called the company that i was afraid to drive it. I was told they dont drive to Vista. Returned the car. Back at the Subaru dealer my car was ready. Thank you. But my still had all the paper mats inside, number hang tag. Not a big deal just not a spectacular end to a crappy day.

I’ve used your dealership for years for my car service. I’ve always been loyal to your location. I brought in my car for the usual oil change and asked if service could look at a few things that popped up on my dashboard. I thought it would be part of the usual oil change when they check on minor things. Never was I told I’d be charged for a diagnostic fee of $150. I found out the hard way when I came to pick my car. Had I been told it would cost that much money to give me an answer on what was wrong and may need to be fixed/replaced I would have denied it.
