Ron is always fantastic as is the whole team. My car has frankly been awful and while there have been more problems than I could have imagined a car could have, you are always very helpful even when I have been extremely frustrated by the poor reliability my CC ..the car stinks but your dealership and staff and service folks are fabulous!!!! I will buy another car from Baker certainly but it won’t be a VW!!!!

Came in for service on three separate occasions, beginning in early December, for the same problem and the problem still is not resolved. In the middle of this the ball was dropped in ordering a part and then there was confusion in service records between my cars service and another cars service. When I made appt I asked to repair both front and back brake pads--husband just returned with car and ONLY back pads were done--not happy and indeed your report says the front should be done! In addition, when I called and made appt the girl quoted me a price for BOTH back and front!
Woe, what to do next??? Need front brake pads done ASAP. How could this happen?

I could write a book. 4 transmissions, wiring harness, and a rear end later my car was delivered with dirty carpet, dirty seats, empty gas tank (it was full when it broke at the gas station 1 mile from bob baker on the first transmission) and the door locks no longer work.
