Julian is a great service advisor! He checked me in quickly and was very polite. My car was finished earlier than anticipated and Julian called me personally to let me know. I’ll think Julian represents Bob Baker in a very positive way.

Great visit as usual entire staff very accommodating. Dropped in as my work schedule would make sticking to an appointment difficult. Erik does a super job and has great people skills. I have taken my brakes in twice now to be fixed for a high pitched noise they are making. The first time I waited for 3 hours at the dealership for them to say nothing is wrong and it’ll go away. The second time they performed minimal service and the noise went away for about 24 hours but is now back to what it was before
