My car was completed and I went in to pick up as scheduled at 730 this morning and it could not be provided to me as it was blocked in by another car and no one could find the keys to move the car so I could get my car.
So I had to wait 35 minutes and take a loaner. Not a good experience.
I have left two messages and requested they bring the car to my house and take back the loaner. No call back. It’s 900 at night.
I don’t think it was the service advisors fault but he should have called me.Back as I left messages around noon and at three. How long should I keep the loaner?

I thought Erik was very friendly, courteous, and respectful. He answered all of my questions about COVID procedures and gave me an estimated time my car would be finished. Later he called to update me that everything looked good and my car was ready. When I arrived at the dealership, someone else assisted me, but while I was waiting for my car, Erik stopped by to personally greet me, make sure everything was good, and thanked me for stopping in. Great customer service today. He is the best!
