They called me and told me that my car was done and then when I got there, I had to wait another hour because they did not know how much to charge me. Also, you told me that you would call my warranty company the day after I brought it in, but you waited until the end of the day when they were closed to call. Also, I still don't know if I was overcharged or not.

Brenden was so professional and kind. I have been having one of the most stressful days today, so it was so nice that at least one person wasn’t the catalyst of my stress! Haha! My point is, despite my less than considerate impatience and frustration, Brendon was excellent! Please do apologize for my ‘ttude. I also had my father overlooking everything, driving me nuts, but he said Brendon was great as well. So, if anyone actually reads this, 1. Again, please apologize, I felt terrible and my child (car, whatever) was absolutely perfect and I was so snobby because I was stressing BAD, and 2. Give the dude a raise, promotion, etc. because truthfully guys, I bought the car from y’all and worked with some nice gentlemen, but not all and I would honestly tell you Brenden and like one other dude in there, Jeremy? I think his name was? Anyway, they’re the best customer service dudes you have. No offense to the other guys, but I’m small, I’m young, and I’m a woman, (super ugly though, no special treatment here Lol!) Most men brush me off, those guys didn’t which made me feel much better as a costumer. So in other words, I’d give Brendon a raise or something before someone offers him more. ???????? The tech was good. Nice. Professional. When I got home I found a new, long scracth in my clear coat, front passenger side. So fresh there were fringes of clear coat still blowing in the wind.I didn't see it bc I didn't walk up on that side. Not happy.
