I went there to get an estimate on my car. I got an estimate for what the parts cost part of it hand written. I had to wait 3 hours and the. I did not get what I went there for. The communication was terrible.

Will was very kind and attentive throughout the repair process. He made sure to update me on part availability and an estimate on when the repair would be finished. I was provided a rental to use, they washed my car, and put some fuel in my tank for no additional cost. I'll definitely be bringing my Volkswagen back in the future if I need any additional repairs!

William was great! But, I couldn't believe how few people you have working for VW and how long it took to drop off my car.
Then I came to pick it up and went to the Cashier like I do at Hoehn MBz and no one was behind the counter ! There were 3 groups of us waiting and finally a woman came by who does the cleaning and she went and got someone....?
Promptness is not your strength.
And, it took 2 days to do an oil change and one Recall :/
