I was told it would be roughly one hour, and I sat and waited for nearly 3 without a single update, or the car wash that was offered. I did receive great customer service from Colton who offered to have the car washed as well. Just overall, didn't have a pleasant experience compared to previous visits where I was updated on the progress.
