I came two months ago for a service in which I asked for a looksie on my front right tire due to the tire deflation notification on my car. I brought it in and as told it would be handled in 2.5 hours, it took over 5.5 hours and my tire was still not fixed. Today I brought my vehicle in to get that same issue fixed, I was told 1.5 hours for a tire patch in which took 6.5 hours. This is the third time this happened. I’m disappointed with the realistic timing of certain service. You’re staff are awesome and I appreciate their hard work very much, but I’m not ok with a 5 hour discrepancy in service time. I’m still coming back to you guys but please advise your staff of the realities of realistic wait times. You guys are awesome! That’s k you for my service!
