I drop my vehicle off at approximately 11 a.m. in the morning at 2:30 p.m. I was notified all the service has been completed with the exception of replacing the rear windshield wiper I was notified approximately 5 p.m. my vehicle was ready for pickup however when I arrived I noticed the vehicle was not washed which I had requested. Thomas was surprised at this he had placed the necessary documentation in the vehicle for it to be washed. Thomas offered to have it washed right away however I was on a schedule and I couldn't wait any longer 6 hours was enough it should have been done. That was my only disappointment
