Arrived at 5:25pm Saturday 5/26/18. Vicente told me that they couldn't do my service because they were closing up. As far as I could tell I was the only customer. When I pressed him by telling him that I had driven from Anaheim for the service he checked with someone in the back and relented, agreeing to do my service. Not enough time for anything more than a basic oil change service I guess. Pet peeve of mine when businesses close early because the employees want to go home, especially when I've rushed to get there on time.

Picked my truck up and it had a screw in the tire that wasn’t there when it was dropped off. Truck sat for 5 weeks in my driveway and then right onto a flat bed and over to the dealership.
No one was willing to do anything about it and I was sent down the road with said screw in said tire.
Not happy at all. My wife who owns the truck is furious.
