(1) Brought car in today to have a recall item fixed and replaced. Now (2) I am waiting one additional week for the Service Department to take in the car on a warranty issue (all day), to diagnose and fix a severe rattling noise (serious or not..we don't know, at this point), noticed after delivery on a new 2018 lease. Also, (3) I was informed by the Service Department that no rental or loaner car, is available. (4) Do you think this is fair?...
