I trust Thomas when I bring in my vehicles. He has integrity which is hard to find from repair shops. I appreciated his honesty and felt like he was more interested in ensuring my vehicle was repaired correctly and promptly instead of trying to get as much money as he could out of me. I will bring my vehicles back to Raceway as long as Thomas is there.

I believe iwas over charged for the task. I told them what the problem most likely was and th they said they will check. Told me that wasn't the problem turns out it was the problem. Charged more labor then need to be.

All the vehicles I have taken to any other dealer (dodge Nissan Toyota or Kia ) have been washed after any service including oil changes so I was disappointed to learn that not only was my car not washed after the oil change but there were grease hand marks all over my hood and by the rear wheel well on the driver side
In addition to that the service that was supposed to take 1 to 1-1/2 hours took almost 3 hours and then I wasn’t notified until after 4 hours had passed which caused me to have to borrow someone’s car to pick up my son from school and then subsequently put gas into their car for them so what was supposed to be a free oil change has now cost me $10 in gas and a $25 car wash on top of missing valuable time with my family...
