My mileage was read incorrectly because is was set on km and not mi from my last visit so my service was based on a mileage of 80,000 instead of 49,000 they did not catch this I asked them to change it from km to mi when service was completed this is when they saw that they did not read my mileage correctly my service needs were based on mileage of 80,000 instead of 49,000

Ok Alan did his job and went above so kudos to him. Now here is what happened , my truck went in for several warranty items. The main one was to replace the sun roof shade. Well I got a rental which smelled horrible and when I told the person at the counter she did not blink an eye. Then when I went to qc my truck the roof part was not done right and the truck was all dirty with prints and smudges. How can u not chatch that. Alan saw it scheduled another appointment to get it done right and it was detailed inside. This time I got a real car that was appropriate. This time this lady was nice caring and empathetic. I would suggest the following have people care and have the job done right the 1st time. I spent Gas and over two hours of my time for something that should have been handled the 1st time. Alan gets a plus but his team a minus.
