My car has an issue with charging. After about a 50% charge an error light comes on the charger and sometimes it stops charging. Intermittent issue I know. I was told and it was written on my receipt that they could not duplicate the problem. When I dropped the car off it had 10% battery. When I picked up my car 7 hours later my battery was at 0% and partially down in the reserve. How could they have tried to duplicate the problem if they didnt plug it in? My service advisor was great and I have no complaint with him. Dont want to accuse anyone without all the facts, but this is a significant discrepancy.
