Excellent service! I didn’t want to leave watching The Masters Tournament in the lounge on the dealership side, was offered a shuttle, but it was so nice and relaxing, I gladly stuck around for over an hour. Not to mention the service guy, he’s always on top of everything, uber friendly, and recognizes issues from previous service recommendations, addressing me by name as I come in is unprecedented, and uncommon in today’s customer service, to the point that I’m usually writing about issues, so it’s definitely refreshing to feel motivated to contribute my appreciation for high quality, A1, customer service! Make him a manager!

I bought my Cadillac SRX 2010 at raceway ford
Today I drove in, and even though I bought the SRX
Awhile back, they stoled my front license plate from the front
Including ripping the bracket and rivits out
I bought the Cadillac part and raceway was so king to robot the license
Plate back on no charge. I need my vehicle
To take my 89 yr old Mom to her Dr.’s appointments
I have never been treated with such curtesy in my life
I didn’t get the young mans name in service But Godbless
