Chris was very nice. They even washed the Edge. Good experience. The only thing is I wanted the company that takes out the dents to look at the car but he wasn’t there and was supposed to be. Also the rubber gasket they replaced on my car this will be the second time they have replaced it. I just hope it stays on this time.

The Service Mgr Glenn was attentive and responded to my complaint quickly & the Service Adviser Alan was professional & courteous he rescheduled my 2nd appointment and went over the service after completed. I have to say my initial experience however was not good which I'm not sure if the ball was dropped by the technician assigned to my vehicle or the 1st Service Adisor which I believed name Richard

I was told, and given a copy, upon reviewing my service visit that my vehicle rear brake pads were completely warn out and that there was clear evidence of metal on metal which required not only a change of break pads but also the disks would have to be replaced. I was given a total quote of nearly $500. I was so concerned that I immediately took my vehicle to my auto mechanic shop where they were able to replace my break pads and confirmed that there was no evidence of metal on metal at all. The certified mechanic that I took my car to showed me the used break pads which were not completely warn out. It is clear that the intention of your service center is to prescribe unnecessary work in order to make money. The work which was prescribed by your service center would have been double the actual cost that I paid at an honest service center. I will be placing reviews on social media and am considering legal action.

Only issue I have is that I have not had my Ford C-Max long enough to have the driver's side visor mirror cover fall off. I am having to pay to have it replaced. Sounds more like poor workmanship. I am a single woman and care for my personal items.
