Alan was great. As a dealership, to keep our car for 3 days, with no progress, was unacceptable. You shouldn't accept work if you don't have time to do it.
To suggest that we needed a new transmission for 8k when the truck isn't worth that, was ridiculous.
No, we aren't satisfied and will be writing Ford corporate. This is now the second Ford dealership in California to fail to deliver.
