Thomas went above and beyond the scope of his job. I had a flat tire and this can be quite a problem if a person is handicapped like I am. Even walking 10 feet is an incredibly painful process for me. Thomas came outside to me, put me completely at ease, and treated me with a great deal of dignity and respect. He took the flat inside and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. He cheerfully brought me the bill, and acted as my legs to pay it quickly and efficiently. He put me completely at ease during the entire process, this is by far the best service I have

We took in for recall that was done but my daughter says they didn’t tell her anything else that car might of needed which was weird... I’ve never gonna to a device department that has never said hey you need tires or your check engine light is on etc.. I mean I’m glad we weren’t being pushed to do anything but to not say anything other than we did your recall???
