It's pretty badd when you leave your vehicle for 4 hours to have something done. And when you pick up your vehicle it's not right. This happen twice 2 Saturdays in a row. When I pick up the vehicle the 2nd Saturday the following Monday we find that the seat is loose. I return the vehicle to have it done properly I was told that there was a boat dessen bolt knocked boat. I did not remove a bowl. I suspect that the repair required that some molds be removed. Therefore when they are finished the boats should be put back where they came from.

I gave my phone number and email and only received one communication from Mr Canada. I called in to get daily notifications which included “maybe tonight, maybe tomorrow.” The car was at your facility for one week! There was difficulty in finding a part which I can understand, but no communication about complications including inoperable parts was forthcoming. This is completely at odds with my first experience and has soured my feelings about Raceway.
