I my opinion, it should not take 12 days for a service appointment. Furthermor,it should not take an extra 2 weeks to diagnose and repair my vehicle if it initially took 12 days for the appointment. I expressed to Allen the importance of creating a professional and prompt vehicle service. Grant it this was warranty work, but I still paid a substantial amount for the items that were not covered. If I were have to decide on taking my vehicle back post warranty period, I'd be hesitant to do so. Satisfied customers equals repeat customers..
