The dealerships sold me a car that would not pass smog or did they do a smog before they put it on the lot for sale. Also the Carfax claimed that items were done that we’re not done to the car which I had to bring in to have fixed. It’s been a real mess from the very beginning. Dealership had my car for grand total of 22 days after I purchased it . I still need to bring it in to do the smog check.

Jim Moore was very helpful and really interested in getting my 02 Tbird repaired. He followed through until the job was completed. I’m very happy to have him take care of me! I recently switched from Fritts ford due to very poor service. The manager told me that maybe I should go elsewhere to ensure that my vehicles would not get scratched. They scratched my new truck after the first oil change. They scratched my 02 bird twice. So Kyle told me it might be better to go elsewhere. So far I’ve been to raceway twice and been very happy. It took over three weeks to get my car back to me. The very next day, my check engine light turned back on, and I left a message with my service adviser during business hours and I havent heard back from him. Alen was polite in demeanor, but I felt like I wasn't a priority having to call the warranty company myself to get approval answers as to weather or not my replacement parts would be covered. I felt as a customer, I shouldnt have to do that to get the ball rolling on my repairs. Id give my experience a 5/10, it wasnt bad, but it wasn't good.
