I made a 9:00am appointment and arrived on time. Was greeted and checked in. I was told it would not take more than an hour. I was keeping an eye on the cameras just to see that my car was eventually making it to the bays. Imagine my surprise to finally see it appear in the back at 10:00 am. At 10:10 I went to the front to get an estimated time of completion. I was told 15 minutes. At 10:28 I was finally called up to pay and asked if I wanted a car wash. I would have LOVED to have my car washed but to wait an additional QuickLane timeframe would put me closer to 2 hours. The only perk to being pushed off is that the guys at the counter wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible and I wasn’t upsold on anything. I can understand that things get crazy but at least communicate that. At the 45 minute mark and my car still not being near done I would have preferred an update that they were behind. There is nothing worse then being lied to when I can clearly see that my car wasn’t in the back. I came back to QuickLane because we are getting ready to do maintenance after doing the valvoline oil change. Not sure we will be back.
