I rent I went to Ford around 9 a.m. 9:15 he checked me in at 9:30 it was going to be an hour and a half two hours maybe 3 hours I waited for the shuttle until 11:15 I got a call around 1:15 saying they didn't really know what was wrong with the muffler if it was a whole or if something was in the muffler so I spent $130 for them to check it out and I still do not know what is wrong with my muffler he said it would be a little while longer and it 4:30 I called him to see what was taking so long that I needed to take the shuttle back to pick up my car. So the shuttle came to pick me up at 5. I had no idea when I drop my car off at 9 that he was going to be an all day project and I was going to spend $130 and I still have the rattle in my muffler and I still don't know what the cause is. He said I need a new muffler and that would cost $1,200 I will figure something else out. That was my first time at Ford and it will probably be my last. Everyone there was friendly. Except for when I first walked in the door there was nobody there to greet me nobody there to help me I had to interrupt look like a meeting going on in a room with for men I interrupted the meeting and ask for some help so when gentleman came and helped me everybody in their Cubbies on their phones with their heads down. Not good customer service. Well I mean as far as greeting like I said everybody was friendly it just took forever and that's a whole day out of this week now I'm behind schedule and I have to do double the work tomorrow

I had a SiriusXM rececption problem and I was never sure where the problem originated. People would tell me theirs never lost connection, but those people have been known stretchers of the truth. However driving my sons car across the country and never had a problem. I asked Mr. Moore if he could have the mechanic look into this issue when I was in for the seatbelt wiring recall. He promptly forwarded my questions to the mechanic and apparently they knew just what to do. Maybe it was a common problem with this model. However my Grateful Dead Channel doesn’t ever cut out in the best parts of the song anymore, I couldn’t be happier with this improvement in my health. The LA auto show is going on this month and if I could get two or four tickets I would be so grateful and keep preaching the beauty of the Ford automobile like I have for 40 + years. Joe Marsico
