The service was great. The car was delivered on time. However for the second time the service rep told me that my total would be $49.95 ( I think). I had to inform him that I have a warranty. I think it would be a good idea to inform the sales team that it would be a good idea to check before quoting a price. Had I not known I would have paid for something that I already paid for.

I left my 2004 BMW there at 4:30pm, only for the tech to tell me the next day at 4pm (nearly 24 hours later) that they can’t work on BMW engines and confirm exactly what I had already told them was happening with the car before I dropped it off. It had multiple cylinder misfires, and even gave them an idea of what to replace since it had happened previously to that vehicle. Such a waste of time for them to just run the OBD codes and not even attempt at figuring out the problem, which they could have told me when I dropped it off that it was beyond their abilities could have taken it somewhere else right then. Instead, they waited 24 hours just to tell me that I have to take it somewhere else, which at 5pm the next day left me no time to have it taken to another shop since all the other service shops were about to close up. Another day wasted. Thanks.
