I was told the service would take 2-3 hours. I dropped the vehicle off for an appointment at 8am, on time. After a number of texts, then some calls...I got there at 5pm for pickup, I didn’t drive out until 5.43pm.

We made an appointment prior to change the oil two days in advance. My wife arrived to the appointment and ended up waiting for three hours. This service was unacceptable and I will no longer take my Edge there for any service. Adding insult to this was the fact that Raceway had the nerve to still charge a full rate for subpar customer service. Being a Senior Operations’s Supervisor I would have never allowed a customer under any circumstance to at least not be compensated for my teams poor performance. I honestly do not expect a response as I believe this performance reflects the entire facility. I will
also leave a very similar response on Yelp as to reflect this level of service
