Him Moore from the vet beginning when I called to let him know about the recall in my car, he asked for my information and he told he will call me back. He wanted to make if he had the part.
Five min he calling me again telling me that they have ordered..he called me when he got the part and we made an appointment. He even called me on Friday to remind me of the appointment for Monday.
The service was excellent and if I had to go to the dealer again (hopefully not) I will ask for Jim
