Mistakes happen and I understand that, however the whole experience seem to be a big mess up. I was told I could pick up my car after service hours and to go to the sales desk so that’s what I did. When I got there my car wasn’t in the spot it was supposed to be in the sales gentleman didn’t have my key and they knew nothing about it. They tried to help me the best they could.
The next morning I called to make sure that my car was there and ready I was placed on hold a couple times as they were trying to figure out where the paperwork for my car was. I was told yes they are ready for me and come pick up my car. When I showed up to pick up my car they were still now trying to find the key they found the paperwork and we’re still trying to find the key to my car. Everyone was polite and other people were trying to help but it was very incompetent.
I am a very loyal customer I bought my car at your dealership that’s where I take it to get any kind of repairs. I will now be looking at taking my car to a different Ford dealership to see if the service is any better.
I hope by writing this that it’s helpful because things do you need to change if you want to continue to have good customer service.

Made my first oil job appointment for 9:00. They did not even start for over 2 in a half hours!! That was with an appointment!! Had question about issue was told by mechanic would need to make appointment. Did not wash truck had to ask and wait again. I spent less time buying this truck then in the quick lane oil change!! With appointment!! They should explain how appointments work there! If at all possible I will not return to service my truck there! I had given good feedback about my purchase of this truck, but the service department is definitely lacking customer service! William Cooper was as helpful as he could be.
