Cost of diesel oil change limited coupon availability. Washed my vehicle and didn't even really wash it, don't offer the service if you're not going to do the work. I asked that they check my sunroof and as soon as I drove off I realied they didn't even do the roof of the truck ... happens all the time in my Ford Edge too. They won't dry it on the Edge. On my truck they didn't even wash it.
