The main issue that was the reason for my service visit was not fixed due to there being no “codes” available to read. No other resolution was given or suggested other than bring it back when the problem gets worse. However on the drive home from the dealership the problem occurred again. I think now that no road testing was performed to replicate the stated problem. Instead a simple cursory scam was performed with no results or further research. I question now if Raceway Ford Service dept truly wants to actually fix a problem that is well documented on the internet. Instead I’m still having problems with my new Ford.

I was told that my vehicle needed to replace cabin air and I told him it had been replaced last March and I think the service technician tried to cheat on me. Otherwise the service was I think good. But honest system I don’t think so

Communication wasperfect and service managers were great. The issue was the technician that installed my tires did not fill the air correctly and my low pressure light came on while going home. All the tires were different and two were low. I was able to fill them at home, just not expected with new install.
