I will not be coming back to this facility. This is the third time that my service has been comped due to issues or bad behavior, and more than once have I gone in for an oil change and waited more than three hours. My oil pan was cross threaded, and I have only been to this location for service for the entire history of my car. After this problem was identified, they tried to a few quick and temporary fixes which made me nervous. When I walked back into the mechanic space there was a spark plug in my oil pan where the plug should have been. I hope that this wasn’t their quick fix for my commute back home on the 91. This problem was always described as “not their fault” and more like regular wear and tear. Furthermore, after waiting for four hours for my routine service, I was told they had no rental cars or transportation options for me. I had to take a taxi home, which they refused to comp. I ended up spending six hours of workdays total waiting in this office. While I do appreciate the rental car the second day,, I am tremendously disappointed by the lack of character displayed by not comping my necessary transportation and not taking accountability for the problem. As I said, this is not the first time I have had problems with this location. I have watched over the cameras mechanics throw water bottles and water at each other, hitting my car. I number my tires and found that my tires were not rotated like they said they were. Both of these times I never made a fuss or challenged staff. However, this service caused a severe disruption to my work, and will cause me to never returrn to this facility.

Mike is an awesome guy. He is never ever failed me yet meaning, he goes the extra mile all the time and he was the only one who helped me with my situation and my tires that were disintegrating. Mike is at Jewel and you're lucky to have him. I will keep coming back to Quick Lanes as long as he's there and the crew is always friendly and helpful. I have three vehicles that constantly get service there
