Even though I checked in 5 minutes after it opened, it took about 2 hours & 40 minutes to finish my Works service, even though I was told it shouldn’t be more than 2 hours. So my time estimate could have been more accurate But other than that it was good service.

Spent $1,000 and Raceway kept my car for over 1wk and said everything was fixed. When I started car this morning (10/16), it had exact same issue I brought it in for on 10/06. So Raceway charged to replaced 2 parts plus excess labor unecessarily and did not fix the problem at all.
