My vehicle is still not fixed. I received 39 alerts informing me what was wrong with my vehicle but because the alerts didn't appear while being serviced nothing was done besides driving 47 miles and using all of my gas.

I made an appointment for an oil change. I showed up for Syd appointment and was told I had a one and a half hour to two hour wait! What is the point of making an appointment if you’re going to make somebody wait an hour and a half to two hours? I complained about this and the man behind the counter told me well we can do your oil change in 45 minutes but we cannot rotate your tires or check all your fluids. I was going to use Raceway Ford for buying all my new cars and for my service but now I have doubts.
