Your service guy, Mark Aceves, was extremely kind AND very patient with me. Because of the nature of the problem I was experiencing, I am guessing that I probably sounded like a crazy lady!!! That nutty purple haired lady with the non existent A/C Problem. But Mark believed me OR I did make him a believer. AND ... he was so kind! Raceway Ford needs to hold onto Mark. Everything went fine and truck was ready earlier than anticipated. Only one problem with service. Had tires rotated by your team. When I got home I noticed that your service technician placed the two front hubcaps that has a big hole to fit around the FWD hub on the rear wheels and the solid hubcaps over the front hubs. I believe it is a training issue .
