For years I have taken my truck to another local dealership for service but their customer service was not very good. Doug was great and made me feel comfortable with having my vehicle serviced there.

The service manager and advisor at the quick lanes did not communicate with each other about what was going on with my truck being that both of them called me on it. Price was outrageous for just changing front brakes and rotors. My wife is a service manager at a Ford and this is unacceptable.

Only one of my windshield wipers work, I have now taken my car in three times to get it fixed. It’s getting to that time where we are going to have rainy weather, so I’m sure you can understand that this is a safety hazard to me. Considering I’ve only been leasing my car for a year, I should not be having this issue.

Actually I don’t know how to service was because I never drove my car again. While they took it to work on it, I went and bought a slightly used edge. The staff that help me from Alan in service, one Perez the salesman and Sean the finance guy were all extremely courteous and helpful. From the minute I walked in, he greeted me and notified me my service would be done in a certain amount of time due to me being a walk in customer.
