Cane back after an oil change to have a new battery put in. Asked for AGM battery but we discovered that my model year could not accommodate the upgrade because of size of battery. Replaced with OEM battery. Thomas got me in and out quickly on a real busy day.

From the 5 hour wait to the moment they brought me my truck with the driver side window control panel on backwards to the time I got home and took off the dash speaker covers to see the left speaker with only one screw holding it I’d say Raceway Ford is my worst Dealership experience. Can’t wait to see what the Bureau of Automotive repair says about the wire repair and speaker installation. You’ll never see me there again!

I had to purchase lug nuts approximately 24 of them at a cost of $144.00. Not happy about having to do that. I was told that was a common practice for the vehicle. I have 45,000 mile on it and you guys are the only ones that worked on it. That means my truck was seen by you nine times. Looking at the wear I would think one Ford would make a better product or the tech would take his time attaching the socket on the nut. Not a happy Ford owner!

I go to Raceway Ford for my oil changes and tire rotations just because of Thomas. He is knowledgeable and so very nice. As a woman, you get worried you will be taken advantage of or not really understand if you really need a service. But I completely trust Thomas. He goes out of the way to explain and never makes you feel u appreciated or stupid by asking questions. I wiI’ll continue to always use Raceway Ford as long as Thomas is there. Heck, while I was waiting I started looking at the Explorer. Thomas might have another one of my cars to be servicing soon.
