From the beginning the car seems to have a unsafe steering and level system that was unsafe for me and my and to top that off me and my wife may have got COVID-19 because I had to go to the hospital for a week and tested positive and so did my wife, I do know that protecting we’re not good and as masks and not sure it was clean because my wife had to do it herself

Came in for warranty work and was written up as a warranty return on paperwork on my second visit(bad water pump) second time visit was told the car had multiple leaks failed pressure test again. Car had ben in a few months back for the same issue. Was told by Doug that the car would need multipl parts replaced and cost would be around $1600. All this was said without him looking at the paper work that I was a warranty return. So he spent 24h of my day to tell me he would look into this now that hes aware of my status. Now because I'm sure he no longer make money off me he then spent an entire week with my car im sure my car was put to side. I then called him and I quote "Replace everything that was replaced last time that Rceway Ford said was bad last time I came in for the same issue and was quoted the same amount. Doug then tells me that all sorts of hoses are bad and that I refused services at this point I'm upset I just need my car back. I'm told my car is ready I pick it up my car is still leaking coolant. I take it home I notice heater core hoses are bad and never replaced. I will never be returning to raceway ford ever again since this experience. I had to chance the heater hoses myself worst experience ever.
