Could have handled my situation much better. Told me you don’t have loner cars when the GM told me you do. Showed very little empathy towards me.
Needs to be willing to go the extra mile. In my case, wouldn’t have taken much for him to have done that.
Very disappointing in him.

I requested the staff to wash my car when finished and they didn’t do it again. This is the third time this has happened. Also I requested to reset my tire mobility light and there didn’t even do it. I’m wondering now if they even reset my oil service light.
