Mr.gougle hall, was courteous and professional totally satisfy with his service. I was disappointed after making an appointment and waited for 2 weeks for service I bring my car in. Then,they told me they still don't have my part and I have to wait for another 2 weeks.thank you.

I have had problems with another Ford dealer with my son's car and a coworker of mine has had problems with Redlands Ford. So I decide to try Raceway for service on my 2018 Escape. Couldn't be happier with the service from this dealership. Although we had to wait for a couple of weeks for parts, they made sure I had a rental to get me back and forth to work. Alan kept me updated via text and called when he needed to explain things in more detail. The service department here is great and made the drive from Yucaipa worth it.

I took my 2015 Fiesta in for the shudder in the transmission. Seems like I’ve got to do that every 3-4 months. The tech said there wasn’t anything wrong but he obviously made some kind of adjustment because the shudder or hesitation wasn’t there when I sat in traffic after picking up my car. Thanks again Mark for making this unfortunate constant visit as smooth as possible.

It wasn’t him that helped me it was the guy two desks down. He was EXTREMELY rude to me. Brushed off the comment I had about my key. Then when I came back he was extremity short with me. He grabbed the paper muttered numbers to someone and walked away. When I asked what that was he told me it was the guy to go get my cat. Didn’t explain anything nothing . I will never bring my car back for a repair there. Horrible customer service

I originally mad an appt online. When I arrived I was told the service dept never check the online appts and I would have to come back a week later. So I did. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning and other than a text at 11 am “saying they haven’t forgot about me” I heard nothing else that day. I tried calling at 5:30 after work and it went to voice mail and the box was full no response to the text I sent as well. I only heard back when I called the next morning and nothing was done. I was told he had to look the part up and it would cost $700 I told him again that I had the warranty and then it was the $200 deductible. So my car sat there for a whole day and the part wasn’t ordered until the next afternoon. I was told it would take an additional 2-3 days to get the part. Mind you it already was there for 2 days. When I came to pick up the vehicle only the school issue was fixed not the car clips I also mentioned and was written up in the estimate. Definitely a lack in communication on the dealerships end. For me not to hear anything until I contacted them was very disappointing. I responded to the text messages and still nothing until I called
