Our service person was wonderful.
We did have one problem, though. We were charged for tire rotation that had been specifically NOT authorized!!! I (Rhonda) paid the bill and did not know that Richard had absolutely DECLINED that service 30 minutes earlier, because it is a free service from our tire shop!!!

Gentleman, very good. Service swift. Price not satisfied. Honda wanted $26 for a $15 part. I provided my own part. Cost $20 to change my headlight because it wasn’t accessible. Parts had to be removed to access headlight. For a single women this is upsetting. I would hope that minor maintenance could be performed by anyone and shouldn’t require a service call. Really! If it does it should be complimentary.
